Dosage and frequency

How to use

Anti-Nausea Motion Sickness Patch:

  1. Place 1 patch behind one of your ears 20 minutes before traveling.
  2. Finished? Simply peel off the patch and throw it away.

Hangover Recovery & Prevention Patch:

  1. To get the nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants lost during alcohol consumption, place a patch on the inside of your wrist in a clean, dry area ideally 30 minutes before your first drink.
  2. Leave it on while you are still drinking alcohol and for a maximum of 12 hours. You can also use a new patch the next morning, its nutrients will help you finish the recovery.
  3. Finished? Simply peel off the patch and throw it away.

Recharge Sleeping Patch:

  1. Place and stick one patch on a clean, dry area 1 hour before bedtime.
  2. For best results, place the patch on one of the key acupuncture points: on the navel, in the center of the sole of the foot, at the height of the instep, just below the head (where the neck ends)
  3. When you wake up, simply remove the patch and throw it away.
